Confirm or Change an Appointment

We use the digital assistant Hassy (085 0472 081) to confirm scheduled appointments with you.
If you’ve been contacted by Hassy, you can confirm your appointment directly through the assistant.
If the proposed time doesn’t work for you, Hassy can transfer you to a colleague during office hours or leave a callback request.

Hanab Telecom Infra only resolves issues on behalf of network operators.
If your internet or television is not working, your provider is your first point of contact.
