Corporate Governance model Hanab
Hanab comprises a group of entities headed by a private limited company. A two-tier governance structure applies, comprising the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board supervises the management and advises on important decisions. The Executive Board is also accountable to the General Meeting. The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board are both governed by (Dutch) law and Hanab’s other rules and regulations. Hanab is not currently required to apply the two-tier regime.
