Stedin has awarded the ‘Buurtaanpak’ (neighbourhood approach) contract to a number of contractors, including Hanab Infra Solutions. As part of this programme, we will be working over the coming years to strengthen the electricity grid in the provinces of South Holland, Utrecht and Zeeland.
For Hanab Infra Solutions, this means that we will be working in the Greater Rotterdam, Haaglanden and Alblasserdam regions. We will be working to upgrade and expand the electricity grid so that regions are fully prepared for new developments, such as electric vehicle charging, heat pumps and new-build developments.
Our role in the contract goes beyond mere implementation. We will be making targeted investments in the training and development of skilled workers and in further improving our collaboration with Stedin and other partners. By sharing knowledge and working together towards a unified approach, we can increase the impact of our work and contribute to better outcomes in the areas in which we operate.
Joint implementation will begin in April 2026.
