Hanab strengthens market position with acquisition of Scheer & Foppen Installatietechniek and Que-tech

This move creates a powerful combination of local expertise and national reach.

Hanab has acquired Scheer & Foppen Installatietechniek (SFI) and Que-tech, both based in Harderwijk. The acquisition is the next step in Hanab’s growth strategy to play a leading role in the energy transition.

SFI and Que-tech will continue to operate as independent companies, under their own names and management Day-to-day operations, customer relationships and employees will remain unchanged. By joining Hanab, both companies will gain access to nationwide expertise, economies of scale and new opportunities for growth.

New opportunities for development for employees and customers

Hennie Ponsteen-Foppen, co-owner and daughter of founder Aart Foppen, also looks to the future with confidence: ‘We are proud of the family business my father started in 1964, and have every confidence in its healthy continuation under Hanab.’
