Renovation of various building sections
At the UMCG Groningen hospital, refurbishment and renovation work has been carried out on the ground floor of the Gynaecology, Urology, Neurology and Neurosurgery departments (24, 34, 35 and 75).
Hanab Installation Technology/Visser & Smit Bouw (VSB) consortium
The MedicomZes consortium (Hanab Installation Technology and VSB) carried out phased renovation and refurbishment. VSB was responsible as the building contractor, which included coordinating execution of the entire project.
Technical installations
Hanab Installation Technology was responsible for all building-related installations, which consisted of: Lighting and power installations including lighting control and 500 LED fixtures. Sanitary facilities, water installation, underfloor heating and cooling systems.
